Refund Policy

We want customers to understand what they are buying before checkout. This policy explains how refunds are handled for Hyper Light Studios digital products and services, including PropStudio3D.
Digital Products
Because Hyper Light Studios sells digital software access, downloadable tools, subscriptions, presets, templates, and other digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, a license has been issued, or digital content has been delivered.
Refund Window
We may offer refunds within 14 days for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, billing errors, or cases where a product is not functioning as described and we cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future renewals. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund prior billing periods unless required by law or approved by support.
Exclusions
Refunds may be denied for abuse, repeated refund requests, completed digital delivery, extensive product use, violation of our Terms of Service, or requests made outside the stated refund window.
Payment Processor Policies
Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy and payment networks may apply additional rules for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, tax, and fraud prevention.

To request help with a Hyper Light Studios purchase, contact [email protected]. For PropStudio3D purchases, contact [email protected] with your order email, order ID, product name, and a short explanation of the issue.
